Brookyln Decker : From Model to Actress

It’s amazing how short the lifespan is for a model at the pinnacle of her profession. In 2009 and 2010, there was no hotter model on the planet than Brooklyn Decker, who graced the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue and married Tennis Star Andy Roddick. Even though she was a mainstay of the Swimsuit Issue from 2006 to 2011, Brooklyn probably sensed her time as a model was coming to an end, and began making a transition to acting. She was nowhere to be found in the 2012 edition of the magazine, but you’ll find her starring in the movie Battleship coming out later this spring. She is currently filming as the lead in “What to Expect When You’re Expecting”, and it seems her transition to actress is all but complete. So while we’ll surely enjoy her on the big screen, we couldn’t help but want to look back at Brooklyn the Model :
