Ask a Girl : Why does she argue with me in the bathroom?

Ask_a_GirlShe’s beautiful, she’s smart and she does that thing with her fingers in your hair that turns you into a sixteen year old in the back seat of a car. Your girl… You love her. Sometimes, however, she just does something that leaves you wondering when her body was invaded by aliens from the planet HUH?!?.

Gunaxin realizes men need a place to ask those questions you could never actually discuss with her. So, we’re providing some of those answers you seek from a real live specimen of the female sex. So we’ll choose questions asked by real guys just like you about the women in their lives. Not only do we give you the answers you need, we also try to demonstrate practical solutions to put an end to the problem!

Todd from New Jersey asks:

“Whenever my girlfriend and I have a fight, she always gives me the silent treatment. She’ll walk around the house, loudly ignoring me for hours. It never fails, though, as soon as I get up off the couch to go take a leak, she follows me into the bathroom to discuss the problem. Why does she do this? Can’t she wait until I’m finished?”

Why:

Or you could just ask her to join you.

Or you could just ask her to join you.

Because she knows if she tries discussing anything with you in another place, you’re going to find something else to pay attention to besides her. Seriously, think about it. What more strategic place could she choose? You’re kind of cornered, right? You’re not going anywhere, and you’ve got a very important, sensitive part of your anatomy exposed. You’re more vulnerable, and probably more willing to admit fault just so she’ll leave you alone to whiz in peace.

Honey, always remember, at the end of the day all us girls really want from any guy is to hear you say those three little words that mean so much to us. “I was wrong”.

The Solution:

This is an easy one. Simply make your aim a little worse! That’s right, pee on her foot. Or, at least pee near it. Just make sure it’s done in a way where she believes you honestly didn’t mean to. I can promise after a few times getting wet feet, she’ll find a better place to have her relationship conversations!
